Cancellation and Returns
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Cancellations are possible only until pre-delivery stage, order cannot be cancelled once the item is shipped. Some suppliers accept cancellations when transportation charges are paid. Please contact our customer care team to assist you with the same.
WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT ON ARRIVAL? CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER?
We at buildezee.com, work to ensure that you get what you see on our website. In rare cases when you absolutely don't like the product or for some unforeseen circumstances that make you cancel the order, you have to raise the same at the time of delivery. Suppliers will only accept the return when transportation charges are paid. Please also call or write to us to inform about your decision.
NOTE: Once we have delivered the product and left the customer's premises, we will NOT be able to accommodate any cancellation or change requests. We request the customer to personally be present during delivery to ensure that they check the product at the time of delivery.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY?
We request the customer to personally be present during delivery to ensure that they check the product at the time of delivery. In case, you receive a damaged product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel and the supplier immediately. You will need to document the damage and discuss with the supplier with regard to the next steps. In case you are not satisfied with the resolution from the supplier, you can call us to inform about the issue.
WHAT CAN LEAD TO CANCELLATION OF MY ORDER BY BUILDEZEE.COM?
The following reasons can lead to cancellation of the order by buildezee.com:
When a product is rejected in our Quality Check process.
When the product stock is exhausted with our vendor.
When our logistic partners are unable to deliver to the desired delivery location.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT THAT IS FOUND TO BE FAULTY UPON USE?
Most products have a warranty period offered by the manufacturer. If after using such a product, you identify any flaw or manufacturing defect, please check the manufacturer's warranty document shipped with the product and contact them directly (Call Centres/ accredited Technical Assistance centres). If you are unable to contact the manufacturer, please get in touch with our Customer Care representative. We will be happy to get in touch with the manufacturer on your behalf and facilitate a resolution (This only applies in cases where the manufacturer provides such a warranty).
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
We will process your refund within 7 business days in case of cancellation by buildezee.com or the customer as per the cancellation policies.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?
All refunds (except for cash payments) will be issued through the same transaction method used in the original purchase. For example, if you used a credit card as your payment method, the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card. Refunds for cash payments will be issued through an account payee cheque in the customer's name (given as "billing name" at time of purchase).
