HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?
Once the order is placed, we ensure that the consignment gets dispatched within 48 hours and gets delivered by the supplier within the delivery time of the product, mentioned on the product page.
CAN I HAVE THE PRODUCTS DELIVERED ON A SPECIFIC TIME AND DATE?
We strive to ensure that the suppliers deliver products purchased from buildezee.com as soon as possible. Supplier will contact you directly to coordinate the delivery date and time.
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR DELIVERY?
The charges for delivery is free for purchases above Rs.25,000/-.For other orders of lesser amount, supplier will inform you the charges based on the products and the delivery address. Very shortly we will be making all delivery charges free.
CAN I OPEN THE COD PARCEL BEFORE MAKING THE PAYMENT?
It will depend on the supplier terms. We request the customer to personally be present during delivery to ensure that they check the product at the time of delivery.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Your order status is updated to you via email at every step alternatively you can get in touch with our Customer Care Team immediately. Give us a call on 09008688300 or drop us an email at email@example.com. You will also be given the supplier contact details so that you can directly contact the supplier for tracking your order.
WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?
You will be asked to sign a delivery form provided by the supplier, in which you confirm that the products were delivered in proper condition without defects or damages.WHAT IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN MY PACKAGE ARRIVES?
You might have to pay additional charges for re-delivery. Please coordinate with the supplier directly to ensure that there is someone to accept the products.
MY ITEMS HAVEN'T ARRIVED YET, WHAT CAN I DO?
Every item will be given the expected delivery time. If the item does not arrive within that time, call us on 09008688300 or drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will also be given the contact number of the supplier so that you can directly contact the supplier to find the status of the order.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
